## Academic Programs

Lertlah delivers intensive bilingual instruction under the Thai Basic
Education Core Curriculum, enriched with Canadian-inspired pedagogy
and project-based learning — from Nursery through Middle School.

### Program Types

- **English Program (EP)** — Bilingual Thai-Canadian curriculum with
  daily immersion in English alongside Thai-language subjects. The
  school's core program.
- **International Program (IP / LIPS — Lertlah International
  Program)** — Pioneered at the Petkasem campus. Canadian-inspired
  standards blended with Thai context, spanning Nursery through
  Middle School.

### Grade Levels

- **Nursery · Kindergarten (Age 2–6):** Foundational bilingual
  play-based learning. Builds confidence, curiosity, and imagination
  from the very first step.
- **Primary (Grade 1–6):** Reading, writing, analytical thinking,
  and collaboration through immersive bilingual classes and inquiry
  projects.
- **Middle School (Grade 7–9):** Advanced bilingual instruction,
  STEAM depth, leadership, and pathways that prepare students for
  senior school.

### Subject Balance

- **Kindergarten 1–3:** Students spend half the day with
  international teachers and half with Thai teachers.
- **Grade 1–9 (by subject):**

    Thai teachers support English grammar.
  - Mathematics: 60% in English, 40% in Thai.
  - Science: 70% in English, 30% in Thai.
  - Physical Education: 100% in English.
  - Computer Studies: 100% in English.

## Admissions

There is no entrance examination — a placement test determines
appropriate grade and class assignment. Class sizes are capped per
