In this session, the students delved into the topic "Following Thai Traditions" and learned about traditional Thai cuisine. They integrated their newfound knowledge into hands-on practice by making Bua Loy (a traditional Thai dessert) with their teacher and classmates. Through this activity, they mastered skills such as measuring ingredients and preparing natural colors derived from traditional Thai
wisdom.
Not only did the students learn about the origins and cultural significance of Thai food, but they also had a blast mixing colors, kneading dough, and taking pride in crafting their own delicious Thai treats every step of the way.
