The Rich Flavors and Traditions of Thai Cuisine

In our latest lesson on "Thai Food," Kindergarten 2 students explored the rich flavors and traditions of Thai cuisine in a fun and engaging way. The class participated in hands-on activities that allowed them to learn while enjoying the process.
Students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with traditional herbs, such as coconut and pandan leaves, through sensory experiences like observing, touching, smelling, and tasting. The activities also helped develop their motor skills as they practiced pouring ingredients into molds.
This lesson not only introduced the students to the joys of Thai food but also incorporated important lessons on nutrition and kitchen safety. It was an enriching experience that combined learning with fun!
