This semester P6 LIPS students are studying different body systems. As part of the circulation system we dissected fresh pigs’ hearts in the STEAM room. All the students did really well, even if a few were hesitant at first, they soon got stuck in, and began exploring! This kind of hands on activity really gives the students a chance to link the information in their lesson materials to an actual, real life example. They were able to find the main arteries, veins, and even a little leftover blood and this will help them to understand the workings of the heart so much better!

ในคาบเรียนนี้เป็นการเรียนรู้เรื่องระบบการหมุนเวียนของเลือด โดยนักเรียนทุกคนได้ลงมือผ่าหัวใจหมู เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของหัวใจและเส้นเลือด กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริงเช่นนี้ จะช่วยให้นักเรียนสามารถเชื่อมโยงความรู้และเนื้อหาจากบทเรียนสู่การปฏิบัติ และช่วยนักเรียนเข้าใจบทเรียนอย่างแท้จริงค่ะ
